Inside Sale Representative
Location : Sioux Falls, SD
Pay : $24-25/hour
Hours : Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD.
Description:
The Inside Sales Representative role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with the outside sales team. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
Build relationships with customers who are calling in and placing product orders.
Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers.
Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
Verify order delivery method for accuracy.
Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives.
Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs.
Requirements :
Plumbing and/or heating knowledge a plus, but not required.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
Business math skills with understanding of profit margins
Willingness to learn new product knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
