Aerotek Maintenance Technician - Weekly Pay in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
HVAC Foreman- Weekly Pay- Up to $60 per hour - Start ASAP!

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and entry level HVAC Foreman that can work on commercial and industrial projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading HVAC installation and maintenance projects, managing teams effectively, and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Pay: $35 - $60 (pay is based on experience)
Shift: 7 am-5 pm , Monday-Friday (must be flexible)
Responsibilities:
Oversee HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance projects from start to finish
Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
Coordinate with project managers to schedule and prioritize work orders
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring timely completion of projects
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours
Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Qualifications:
1-8 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the HVAC industry
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components
Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to regulations
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
