Latent AI AI Research Scientist (Machine Learning) in Skillman, New Jersey
LatentAI, Inc. is seeking a AI Research Scientist (Machine Learning) in Skillman, NJ. Job Duties: Hands-on research into innovative technology and application of the state-of-art ML/AI approaches related to edge computing; Hands-on design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in computer vision, robotics, and other related products; Leverage experience using ML/AI frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, and Keras; Test and develop edge AI technology and developing software applications using software development processes (e.g. agile scrum, git repository); Present discoveries from research and influence project development direction; use analytical skills and integrative thinking to convey research findings to drive actions with other key team members. Any ideation session must be backed by analytics with methodical outcomes; Support 3rd party collaboration in research and development as required based on deadlines and time-sensitive projects; Support gathering customer requirements and creating high-level component level software architecture; oversee specific input and output requirements; develop or modify computer programs to meet the requested requirement within existing system; and Support collaboration with other Technical Leads and Product leadership to prioritize pipeline of high-value targets for research and integration into the products, decisions will be the basis for deliverables for customers.Requirements: Position requires masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus four years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Must have: 1. Four years of experience in driving projects from inception to production. 2. Three years of experience is relevant languages and AI/ML frameworks (eg Python, TF/Keras, or PyTorch) and domain knowledge (eg computer vision, audio, speech, or NLP) 3. One year of experience in working with distributed systems and web services (eg AWS, GCP, or Azure) in a production setting and AI/ML model optimization (eg. quantization, pruning, or NAS).Please send resume to sek@latentai.com, ref#ma7hcega_v
