Reports to: Senior Manager - Amazon Data and Analytics

Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .) with a possibility of it being REMOTE.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $124,000.00

What will you do

The Associate Manager of Channel Analytics is a significant role that allows us to improve our partnership with our retailers by providing category solutions and insights that drive profitable omni category growth. In this role, a successful candidate will partner with a channel in the development and execution of best in class analytics, presentations, reporting capabilities, merchandising plans and provide insights through the collection of relevant market trends and shopper research.

Key Responsibilities:
Synthesize large data sets into insight driven recommendations that deliver on critical metrics
Shape data visualizations leveraging multiple data sources specific to supporting our Amazon customer facing team
Manage channel analytics to uncover strategic business opportunities with analytics using various resources including but not limited to Amazon Vendor Central, HH panel assessments (i.e. Nielsen Omni-Panel), and other tools to provide insights-based recommendations and marketplace trends.
Collaborate with partners to diagnose competitive marketplace activity and unlock internal and external growth opportunities
Be a key partner with data-centric IT partners, Kenvue Sales teams & with the customer
Ensure that data is organized, reported and accurate when devising data sets through careful review and refinement prior to running analytical tests.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights, supply chain analytics or related field in a consumer products environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
Ability to assess, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data is required
Prior Experience creating reports within PowerBI or Tableau
Prior experience with handling databases or data sets; Preferred experience with syndicated data, such as Nielsen or IRI
Ability to craft impactful presentations to explain recommendations and findings of analyses, resources, and studies are required

Up to 20% domestic travel may be required for this role

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000.00 - $124,000.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
