We are seeking a talented individual to take on a pivotal role in our HR department, focusing on recruitment, hiring, new hire orientation, and benefits administration. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all aspects of talent acquisition and employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for both candidates and new hires.
salary: $57,200 - $74,600 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
• Engages actively in comprehending business challenges, proposing remedies, and seeing them through to resolution.
• Attract, onboard, and facilitate orientation for new hires.
• Lead training sessions covering compliance, benefits, and other pertinent topics.
• Contribute to the management of compensation, benefits, and 401(k) programs.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards.
• Contributes to performance evaluation and the advancement of both hourly and salaried staff.
• Oversees HRIS upkeep and management. • Interpret and enforce organizational policies and protocols.
• Foster collaborative processes, empower employee participation, and guide problem-solving efforts towards optimal outcomes.
