Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Sr. Trade Operations Specialist in Sleepy Hollow, New York

The Trade Specialist position is a key member of Regeneron’s Distribution Operations team. The teams remit includes continuously implementing and completing innovative, sustainable, supply chain solutions ensuring unparalleled global product access – with integrity and reliability for providers and patients.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Support daily distribution operations activities including budget tracking, supervising product inventory, package shipment and tracking, EDI and diversion monitoring.

  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders. This includes providing updates on order status, resolving issues.

  • Return and Replacement processing including, driving, reconciling and reporting results of Return/ Replacement Program

  • Direct outreach to HCP’s, Pharmacies, and others related to return replacement requests, product inquiries and/or complaints

  • Project Management Support activities

  • Ensure distribution activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining proper documentation and adhering to work instructions.

  • Support document control for departmental SharePoint site for centralized document control.

To be considered, we are looking for a bachelors degree and 4 years of experience. We also expect you to be onsite in our Sleepy Hallow office a few days a week.

Salary Range (annually)

$81,000.00 - $132,200.00
