Join us as the Senior Marketing Planning Manager for the UK & Ireland, whereyou’llhelp shape thelong-termdirection for the business, provide an insight-driven approach to marketing planning & budget management while setting the agenda on marketing effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the Integrated Commercial Planning cycle for the UK & Ireland Business Unit, with a focus on setting the strategic direction for the Marketing function (collaborating closely with the broader Marketing leadership team, Sales function & Western Europe Regional Marketing).

  • Retain overall responsibility for the UK/IMarketingbudget andensuringit is spent in the most efficient way, while also supporting our strategicobjectives. Work in partnership with Sales & Finance functions to provide gap to target recommendations whenrequired.

  • Work across the Marketing team to ensure spend planning processes, tools & reporting are working as effectively as possible.

  • Lead the marketing effectiveness agenda for the UK/I Business Unit, with a focus on landing a new Marketing Mix Model approach, enablingad hoc research where vital and encouraging a continuous improvement mindset with the team.

  • Collaborate with media agency partners and the internal team to deliver a robust comms/media planning process.

  • Lead Month & Year-end financial processes for the Marketing function.

The UK & Ireland Marketing teamis responsible forthe “final hurdle” in planning and implementing the global strategy for our local consumers and shoppers, delivering award-winning campaigns across Brand, Digital, Public Relations & Trade Marketing.

As Senior Marketing Planning Manager, you will lead Integrated Commercial Planning, budget management and the marketing effectiveness agenda for the UK & Ireland, as well as playing a key role in leading the strategic direction of the overall Business Unit and acting as a sparring partner for the Head of Marketing. Sitting as part of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will also help provide overall direction & support for the function.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in a commercial market environment.

  • A successfultrack recordin setting up and delivering insight-led, commercially driven strategy & clear storylines.

  • Proventrack recordto turn data into insights & insights into action.

  • Strong communicationskills, including experience in leading and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • A focused mindset, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.

  • Proficiencyin MS Office (PowerPoint, intermediate-advanced Excel skills preferred). Confident with reporting tools.

  • Marketing experience is useful, but not essential.
