Responsibilities
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
Selects and guides firefighters to perform as expected when called upon and will continually assess their readiness and performance
Maintains daily awareness of fire inspections, fire services, inspection and testing of fire protection and alarm systems, firefighter training, and fire drills
Completes the requirements in the PWS and IAW DoD regulations
Submits all fire and rescue incident data using National Fire Incident Reporting System ( N FIRS) software
Responsible for Fire Station daily operations to ensure personnel are well-trained and capable to perform their duties effectively and on short notice

Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum education requirement preferred; Associates Degree in Fire Science or eight years’ experience in the field of work, or Bachelor's Degree in business administration or other related field and a minimum of six years' experience in the field of work.
Must possess DoD/IFSAC/PROBOARD certification as Fire Officer IV, Fire Instructor II, Fire Inspector II, and HazMat Incident Commander.
Must possess NIMS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800 certifications.
Must be US Citizen and be eligible for a Tier 3 Secret Clearance
Requires eight years of experience as a manager in an operation the size and scope similar to that of the NSF Redzikowo and at least four years’ experience with an organized fire department.
Must possess the following PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access
Clearance required; Secret Security clearance

Must have excellent communications and cognitive skills to effective handle emergency operations
Must have good computer skills for daily reporting requirements
Must have good interpersonal skills to promote effective team and group dynamics
