Description

Support business needs by providing support to the engineering department. Support may include bill of material entry, work instructions updates, literature updates and other general engineering task.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, etc. as needed.
• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
• Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files.
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
• Fulfill tasks assigned by an engineer or supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

Working conditions

This position will be based in an office setting but may require spending time on the production floor.

Physical requirements

Will be required to lift 30lbs occasionally.
