Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Director of Facilities Management, you will provide management and technical leadership to engineering departments.
You will comply with all policies/procedures in order to maintain a state of continual survey and regulatory readiness.
You will oversee the functions and duties of the Engineering Department Personnel.
You will conduct daily rounds as assigned, log equipment readings, make indicated adjustments and/or create work requests for major repairs.
You will proactively identify and perform needed repairs to buildings and equipment.
You will maintain Environment of Care by following the standard procedures: Life Safety, Infection Control, Universal Precautions and Security.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelors Degree required, degree in Industrial Technology preferred.
Current Driver’s License, CPI (within 30 days of hire).
Five-years in management of a maintenance program in a hospital or commercial/industrial setting. Construction background is preferred.
