The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Supervisory Cooking experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DESIRED TRAITS:

Scheduling, Hiring, Discipline and Strict compliance with health department standards

  • Train and coach Team Members
  • Manage inventory, Order Products
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • Ensure all food, kitchen equipment and restaurant space meets food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee store opening + closing
  • Perform multiple daily food safety + quality checks
  • Ensure all Team Members uphold standards in both Kitchen and Service zones
  • Submit daily reports
