In this role, you will be part of an exciting new Global team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various business partners and leaders across the organization while expanding your skill set and growing your career. In addition to conducting financial, operational and control audits, you will participate in various cross functional value-added projects that will sharpen your leadership and project management skills while making an impact.

Your main missions will be following:

• Timely execution of financial, operational, compliance and internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, ensuring quality work is performed within budgeted time frames

• Participation in all phases of the audit, including planning, execution and reporting

· Identify, document and communicate audit findings

· Assist in drafting written audit reports and recommendations

· Conduct timely follow up of action plans and remediation progress

· Conduction investigations, and other special projects as needed

· Participate in audit closing meetings, and presentation of audit findings to Management

• Participation in the improvement of the methodology and tools of the Internal Control and Audit Department and the regulatory compliance.

• Maintaining all organizational and professional ethical standards.

• Interaction with external auditors as applicable.

What You'll Bring To BIC:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

• 3+ years of experience in Audit & Finance

• CPA,CIA,CISA or other relevant audit certification strongly preferred

• Fluent English

• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of ERP

• Autonomous, team spirit, well organized, hard-worker

• Ability to conduct research using various sources including IIA, IFRS, etc.

• Analytical/critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders

• Solution-driven and service-oriented approach

• Willingness to travel internationally (up-to 25% EMEA)
