Quickbase Product Manager II (Governance) in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a talented Product Manager II to join our dynamic team at Quickbase, with a focus on enhancing our governance and application lifecycle management capabilities. As a key member of the product management team, you will be instrumental in empowering customers to scale their Quickbase practices securely and efficiently by delivering robust and flexible governance tools. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to enhance the overall governance experience and strengthen the security posture of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Quickbase governance capabilities

  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, analyze user behavior, and optimize user journeys within governance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, and Marketing, to align these initiatives with overall product and business objectives.

  • Perform market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance our product.

  • Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with 1-2 scrum teams to break down work, prioritize backlogs and unblock teams to deliver high quality features on time that delight customers.

  • Contribute to core messaging content, value propositions, persona guides, positioning, sales playbooks, and other content needed to drive marketing programs, sales campaigns, the web site, webinars, videos, blogs and events

    Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Product Manager, with experience in B2B SaaS and/or software platforms.

  • Technical background (preferably in software engineering) will be considered as a strong advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with Quickbase and similar low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

  • English language fluency

    Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS and B2B space

  • Domain experience in enterprise platforms, low code/no code, cloud, and platform governance is desirable.

  • Sound business judgement – focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply and extract key insights.

  • Strong bias toward action and outcomes – efficiently drive projects to conclusion through proactive planning, high attention to detail and holding stakeholders accountable.

  • High EQ – Understand stakeholder motivations and influence across audiences.

  • Commercial fluency – comfortable with financial, monetization strategy and business case development to achieve financial goals.
