Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Construction Engineer/Project Manager to lead and execute construction and fiber design projects for Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fiber network construction, strong project management skills, and the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute construction plans for MDU projects in coordination with General Contractors and internal teams.

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.

Collaborate with property managers, contractors, vendors, and construction managers to address project needs.

Lead project calls and meetings, providing detailed reporting to leadership on progress and any challenges encountered.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Apply knowledge of fiber design and construction techniques, including a basic understanding of FETP network infrastructure, to meet project requirements.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors or Associates Degree

5 to 7 years experience managing construction & fiber design projects for MDUs

Basic understanding of FETP Network Architecture

Basic understanding of Fiber Networks

Fiber Testing Certification

Project Management Certification

Required Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills.

Self-driven, energetic, and self-reliant.

Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision. Certifications including:

CEP Construction Engineering Professional

BDS Broadband Distribution Specialist

CFOT/S Certified Fiber Optic Technician/Specialist null
