Robert Half IT Site & ERP Administrator in Solon, Ohio
Description We are looking for a proficient IT Site & ERP Administrator to join our team in SOLON, Ohio. In this role, you will be the primary local IT contact and be responsible for managing the local ERP, leading and executing local IT projects, and guaranteeing IT best practices adherence.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the local ERP (SAP BusinessOne), ensuring system integrity and user satisfaction
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including system errors and bugs
• Translate business requirements into configuration items, maintaining robust change processes and communication
• Support users in their duties by providing training, sharing expertise, and showing strong personal involvement
• Develop and maintain reports on ERP data
• Implement new configurations and update existing ones
• Establish and maintain user access rights, defining access permissions
• Lead and execute local IT projects in alignment with the global IT strategy
• Ensure adherence to IT best practices and execution per procedures in a medical device manufacturing environment
• Manage the system environment, overseeing software updates, system enhancements, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of IT Site & ERP Administrator or a similar position.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 - Business One is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Skilled in Report Generation.
• Crystal Reports expertise is a must.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
