Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This role involves performing assemblies and sub-assemblies using extremely small parts under a microscope in a clean and well-lit working environment.
Responsibilities
Perform assemblies and sub-assemblies under a microscope using extremely small parts for assembly (microelectronics).
Start the shift by getting to the cell, pulling work orders for jobs that need to be run, and preparing tools and equipment needed for assemblies.
Stationed at a work cell to perform various tasks such as soldering, wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, stamping, etc.
Use basic work instructions to complete assemblies.
Perform other production tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Conduct visual inspections of finished assemblies to ensure accuracy.
Essential Skills
1-3 years' experience working in an assembly-based role (preferably small part or medical device).
High mechanical inclination with experience using small hand and power tools for assembly.
Ability to sit for long periods and assemble products under a microscope.

Soldering experience is a huge plus.
Prior experience in electronic assembly is a huge plus.
Knowledge of IPC standards.

Work Environment
Extremely clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled electronics production floor. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
