This position requires an experienced professional that will manage an assigned number of clients (Children, adults and/or families). Provides therapeutic intervention with client families in their home or natural setting. Prepares treatment plans and serves on treatment team. Provides direct in-home services to support family stabilization or reunification. Assesses individual, family and community risks, family needs, and community resources. Provides case management to link families with appropriate resources.Essential duties will include maintaining a positive attitude, manage caseload, perform administrative functions, develop treatment plans, implement therapeutic milieu and manage professional development. Work is performed in a variety of settings including office, schools, homes, and community-based facilities and travel within your region is essential in this position.Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human services field with up to one year of experience. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of work processing and ability to manage multiple projects is required.
