TEKsystems Customer Support Supervisor in Somerset, New Jersey
TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in search for a Customer Support Supervisor role for their call center. This position will provide leadership to a team of agents and be required to support day to day flow and escalations. Experience troubleshooting Bluetooth technology strongly preferred. Applicants with strong communication and prior supervisor experience are encouraged to apply.
Description:
Front line support for oversight and escalations for customer service specialist.
Assist manager with daily tasks and reporting.
Call center coverage- including scheduling, guidance and questions, as well as yearly reviews.
Developing an efficient and productive work environment.
Interview and hire new specialists as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior supervisor/manager level experience in a call center environment.
Bluetooth connectivity or troubleshooting experience
Strong leadership skills
Flexible schedule to include Saturday coverage as needed
Additional Details:

-- 11:30am-8pm
-- Some Saturday coverage as needed, 11am-3pm
-- This is a contact-to-hire opportunity, once perm this will be a salaried position
