Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Director based in Somerset, Wisconsin. This role involves leading IT team members and collaborating closely with business partners to support, modify, and deploy solutions in line with the organization's goals. A significant aspect of this role is the efficient utilization and maximization of the ERP.
Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain various business solutions such as ERP, MES, Reporting, Analytics, etc.
• Collaborate with operations leaders on system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee and develop a team of business analysts, support technicians, and vendor partnerships.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key leaders throughout the organization to understand their challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee IT activities and introduce new technologies and applications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in strategic planning efforts of the IT department, fostering creativity, and using resources effectively.
• Manage budgets, making time and cost estimates for project completion.
• Develop necessary policies to achieve the IT management's goals and objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with external advisors and suppliers.
• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, AB Testing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Contracts, Deployments, IQMS, and SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles
• Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies
• Solid understanding and experience with Database management and EO/IR systems
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required
• Familiarity with AB Testing and Backup Technologies
• Proficient in managing Computer Hardware and Contracts
• Experience with Deployments and IQMS is necessary
• Knowledge of SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle is essential
• Practical experience with Business Application is preferred
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to strategize and make sound IT decisions for company benefit
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required
