Key Responsibilities:
Lead the South Bend office to maximize sales, profitability, and product quality, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Highly motivated with a minimum of five years of systematic sales experience.
Demonstrated success in sales management, with a minimum of two years of experience.
Knowledge of home remodeling or construction preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proven ability to manage projects and follow through with structured action.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
