What You Can Expect
Provides HR business partnership to large, multi-site manufacturing operation. Partners with site leadership to ensure people practices are aligned with business goals. Serves as employee advocate for client group to assure fair and consistent administration of local employment policies and practices. Identifies HR issues related to short-term and long-term business plans and objectives and develops and implements initiatives to address those issues. Continually upgrades the organization’s capacity to attract, retain and manage the talent.
How You'll Create Impact
Drives HR process excellence related to staffing, performance management, employee relations, compensation administration, career development, leadership development and succession planning. Collaborates with Centers of Excellence (COE) to make informed and aligned decisions.
Leverages information from surveys, benchmarking studies and research to recommend appropriate change to policies and practices.
Partners with client group leadership to increase the organization’s capability to attract, retain, and effectively utilize its human resources assets.
Ensures strategic alignment, management of process results, continuous process improvement and migration of process best practices across the company.
Engage in effective conflict resolution with respect to employee relations and performance management issues.
Identify short and long term HR issues related to the organization’s objectives, and develop and implement initiatives to address those issues.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in human resources with at least 3 years’ previous experience providing HR support to a manufacturing and/or manufacturing quality client group.
SHRM or HRCI certification a strong plus (i.e.- SHRM- CP; PHR, etc.)
MBA or master’s degree in labor relations, Human Resources, or Organizational Development a plus
Travel Expectations
- Up to 15%
Expected Compensation: $110k-$130k + bonus
