Company Description Prime Medical Transport is a non-emergency medical transport company servicing Cape Cod and the South Shore. We service customers from private homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Our reputation for caring and getting customers to their appointment on-time is outstanding. Job Description Overview This is a great opportunity to help your community and seniors get to their healthcare appointments. We are looking for people with a sense of fun, a sense of caring, and people who think, ?this is how I would want my family member treated?. We are experienced drivers who have that caring gene and want to provide a safe and comfortable transport every time. We transport non-emergency wheelchair, ambulatory, and stretcher customers to their doctors? appointments, discharge-to-home, and social events. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Some Healthcare experience preferred (EMT, CNA, HHA) Current CPR/FA certificate preferred, but not required Have a clean driving record, with no more than one offense in the past 5 years Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screenings Must be able to pass a pre-employment CORI/Background screening Must be physically fit for this job; physical requirements will include: pushing, pulling, bending and kneeling Must be able to lift 50lbs Must work well without supervision and have excellent English communication skills. Empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills and professional appearance and demeanor are all required for this position
