Description
A leading late-stage biopharmaceutical company hiring for a Senior Paralegal/ Contracts Manager. Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage contract workflow and approval process, including validation of internal requirements, status tracking, signature collection, etc.
Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating standard contracts (such as non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, clinical trial agreements, service agreements, etc.)
Act as the primary contact for user queries in relation to the online contract management system
Manage standard contract templates and playbook
Requirements
Qualifications:
10+ years of complex transactional experience as a paralegal or contracts manager
Must have clinical trial experience
Background in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry is a must
Experience using contract management systems
