We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Administratior to work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure all account's needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and enthusiasm. Talent familiar with Epicor or similar softwares are encouraged to as well as talent with standard technical understanding and willingness to learn.
salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Support key customer accounts with order entry and processing
Maintain high level of efficiency and detail orientation
Coordinate parts and materials ordering to fulfill customer requirements
RMAs
RFQs
Provide standard technical and non-technical support to customers
Liaise interdepartmentally to provide exceptional customer service to key accounts
Utilize standard office operating systems as well as proven experience with ERP systems
Additional duties as assigned
