Community Connections Inc. is looking for a Job Coach to join our Employment Services team based in South Yarmouth, MA. In this role you will support individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive career planning, interview assistance & on-the-job advice. You will partner with individuals & businesses throughout the Cape Cod Community & aid Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence & enriching services to people with disabilities. We are looking for a Job Coach with a commitment to compassion, mentoring others & serving the community.
