Community Connections, Inc. Transportation Coordinator in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts

Community Connections Inc. is looking for a Transportation Coordinator to join our Transportation Services team based in South Yarmouth, MA. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities by coordinating all transportation services for the individuals we serve. You will aid Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence & enriching services to people with disabilities. We are looking for a Transportation Coordinator with a commitment to compassion, safety & serving the community. What You\'ll Do as a Transportation Coordinator: Assist Manager in coordinating the delivery of Transportation Services Ensure compliance with all GATRA &/or CCTRA, DDS, CCI & other pertinent regulations Assist Manager in completing staff orientation, training & QUICs Assist Manager with daily operation of the program Assistant Manager with program development & projects as requested Transport consumers, providing escort & assistance as needed Ensure safe operation & relevant communication with staff & CCI administration regarding transportation services What You\'ll Need as a Transportation Coordinator: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Bachelor\'s degree in relevant human services field preferred 1 year of experience in a transportation &/or business-related field required 1 year of experience in overseeing transportation/working with people with disabilities preferred Ability to assist individuals in & out of vehicles Excellent interpersonal skills Valid driver?s license & satisfactory driving record Massachusetts CDL driver?s license preferred but not required Satisfactory criminal background check & drug/alcohol screen required Who You Are as a Transportation Coordinator: An advocate for individuals with disabilities Someone who is comfortable learning new technology Someone who is high energy & enjoys meeting new people Someone who enjoys driving What Community Connections Can Provide You: Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO Health Insurance Delta Dental Insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue 20/20 Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account PTO: 9 Paid Holidays, 10 Vacation days, 2 Personal days Employer paid Group Life/AD&D Insurance Employer Paid Long Term Disability Insurance 403b Retirement Plan with Discretionary Employer Match A workplace with both heart & soul Personal & professional development The opportunity to positively impact the lives of the individuals we serve Community Connections Inc. is an EEO employer, disability & veterans.
