Job Description

This Accounts Payable Assistant role at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our finance department. Key responsibilities Include:

• To ensure timely and accurate data entry of non purchase order invoices in line with departmental KPI’s and personal input targets set by Management

• To match invoices with purchase orders within the AP system and effectively assist in the resolution of matching discrepancies

• Visual screening and data input for non oracle payments

• To administer working folder in a timely and efficient manner

• To open, sort and scan post in accordance with department rota

• To support, when required, with other areas of AP team

• Respond to ad-hoc queries from CUK management

This role is classified as CUK15 and is available on a full-time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Successful candidates will be a team player, who is able to challenge and come up with new ideas. You will also be resilient and have the ability to work under pressure and daily targets.
