Environmental Tectonics Corp. Quality Control Inspector in Southampton, Pennsylvania

Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a growing, dynamic US Company located just outside of Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support our operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform inspection tasks to determine compliance that includes but is not limited to inspection of raw materials, parts, subassemblies or finished products throughout the manufacturing process using standard physical means, and/or mechanical or electrical testing equipment.
  • Must have experience with large custom precision machine parts and weldments.
  • Understand, follow and support company's internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions. Knowledge of ISO 9000 preferred
  • Record, document and maintain product inspection results.
  • Perform data entry and inventory transactions after completion of inspection.
  • Perform testing, gather and document test data for programs and/or projects for engineering and/or quality assurance.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met and ?wWork with all departments within the company to ensure product compliance.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret working drawings, technical specifications etc.
  • Experience with standard mechanical and electrical measuring and test equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, multimeters, etc.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced precision, custom machine shop environment
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
