Summary:

 This position requires the ability to perform all responsibilities in a safe, accurate and timely manner in accordance with Safety policy & procedures, Quality and the principles of 6S3Q, and time standards.

  Regular attendance is a mandatory requirement due to the nature of the role. The schedule for this role is Sunday - Thursday, 8 p.m. - 5 p.m., and overtime as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for leading warehouse operations by driving productivity and contributing to on time delivery targets. Provides a thorough understanding of all warehouse operations, processes and systems to be able to proactively manage and work independently on issues in a timely manner and provide accurate resolutions. Interact with other hourly employees to apply sound communication and motivational techniques. Lead continuous improvement of service, quality and cost management leveraging lean manufacturing principles. Supervise departmental employees and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

: High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred. Experience in warehouse operations in a distribution environment. At least 2 (two) years direct experience in warehouse supervision. 2 (two) or more years in a leadership role supervising people in a distribution environment. Valid Driver's license
