St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility, The Health Center, located in Southern Pines, NC

The primary purpose of the Scheduling Coordinator position is to perform a wide range of functions including but not limited to creating/ updating schedules for nursing staff for each clinical unit, reporting nursing and other departments work time, and performs purchasing functions needed for a variety of departments. The Scheduling Coordinator will collaborate with nursing administration to anticipate and meet the daily staffing needs based on acuity, resident care needs and census. The Scheduling Coordinator will accurately maintain records and communicate with staff and other departments. Supports the overall operation and efficiency of the Health Center within St. Joseph of The Pines.

Requirements:

  • high school diploma or equivalent

  • Excel and computer experience

  • Prior work in healthcare setting preferred
