Job Summary:
The Raymond James Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is looking for a talented CyberArk Engineer to join our dynamic and growing PAM team. This engineer will sit with the IAM Engineering team as a global organization based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. This role is perfect for a an experienced PAM engineer looking to help build out a maturing program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works primarily within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and must possess deep background and experience in this domain.
Operates efficiently within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.
Demonstrates experience with documenting process, templates, and instructions around the use of CyberArk modules.
Implements operational ticket workflows in order to provide a medium for customers to consume PAM services
Demonstrates experience with metrics and reporting around PAM usage and requests
Executes best practices in onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of vaulted/managed accounts
Implements Continuous Control Monitoring as necessary for PAM operational excellence and to ensure security best practices are met
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree MIS, Computer Sciences or related degree and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience.
Incumbents shall be required to work a non-traditional schedule including on-call hours on a frequent or rotating basis.
Knowledge of the following:
o Extensive Experience with CyberArk and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred) is required
o Security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.
o Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
o Experience with CyberArk privileged cloud (preferred)
o Experience with CyberArk Secrets Management / Conjur (preferred)
o Experience with Splunk (preferred)
o Windows and Linux Server and Windows Workstation Operating Systems.
o Scripting/programming experience with one or more of the following: PowerShell, python, or java
