McLaren Health Care Enrollment Specialist Bilingual - McLaren Careers in Southfield, Michigan
Job Summary:
Responsible for enrolling eligible women into the BCCCP.
Responsibilities:
Answer all phone calls re: BCCCP enrollment.
Identify and enroll eligible women into the BCCCP.
Facilitate appointments.
Assemble and mail enrollment letters to patients.
Navigate BCCCP eligible women to dispel any barriers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, some college preferred.
Customer Service skills and experience required.
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Proficient in Word, Access, and Excel.
Must have good organizational skills and can work well independently and as part of a team.
