HRIS Analyst AJM Packaging Corporation Position Overview AJM Packaging Corporation, one of Americas leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking an HRIS Analyst as we implement UKG Dimensions & Pro. This role is responsible for the daily support, maintenance, and development of UKG Dimensions & Pro during the implementation phases, as well as coordinating and executing post-implementation maintenance activities in UKG Dimension & Pro. This person will work closely with our UKG partners and AJM Leaders & Employees to ensure the system is used to its fullest capacity for the benefit of AJM Employees.

Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Dimensions & Pro platform modules, and represent HR in projects requiring collaborative change management and employee communication Work with HR Operations and cross-functional partners to define business requirements and suggest improvements to existing HR processes to best-in-class options which fully use the capabilities of UKG modules (I.e.) applicant tracking, on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation, job assignments and changes, performance management, etc. Proactively analyze business opportunities and technical processes to streamline, automate and improve our systems, reporting functionality, or ease of use Manage HR system enhancements and projects. Depending on the initiative, be involved in all phases of system projects including: definition and planning, hands-on configuration, testing, reporting, implementation, and postproduction support Develop and provide training for all user role levels to include Corporate & Field HR partners, employees, managers, executives & other system admins. Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users Provide functional and technical support, identify, and troubleshoot system problems. Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report-writing, and process improvement opportunities. Installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology Develop and maintain to complex UKG reports, including matrix, composite reports, and dashboards Create custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports Accountable for the accuracy and integrity all employee data maintained in the system Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects and ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements Maintain understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements affecting HR and Talent Management Partner with HR and 3rd Party integrator to lead projects including system upgrades, enhancement packages, and process redesign Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, IT or related field 5 plus years of experience managing HR database administration. Experience with UKG Dimensions & Pro strongly preferred Familiar with Change Management Concepts and/or have led organizational change projects (Prosci/ADKAR methodology knowledge preferred) 5 Years in Technical Project Management including managing people and projects Excellent analytical and customer service skills Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel and have the ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information Benefits At AJM, our comprehensive Cafeteria Benefits Plan and Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), truly set us apart from the competition.
