JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for FAA/EASA/CAAC Capability listings
Provide process documentation and operating instructions to the shop floor
Create/Update Master Routers in MRO system
Engine Manual Updates
Supplier & Customer technical communication responsibility
Develop processes for new components into the system
Design tooling and fixturing for new components
Generates rework processes for parts that have to be recycle
Develop, configure and optimize shop floor processes
Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
Design, run and upgrade systems and processes
Create/Update CMM Programs
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
Manage cost and time constraints
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
3+ years of work experience in process engineering
Knowledge of process related standards
Experience in process development with CNC manufacturing background
Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Solid Works skills
Aerospace Experience
Excellent technical skill
Excellent analytical skills
