Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc.is looking for a Program Facility Security Manager to support our Sparks and Hunt Valley, Maryland locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for program, physical and personnel security support for multiple onsite programs. The Program Facility Security Manager will engage daily with program personnel, security team members and leadership at all levels. You must be able to communicate effectively, pay attention to detail, be efficient and able to learn new processes quickly. As a Program Facility Security Manager, you will support proposals through clearance verifications, team reviews and authoring security volumes as required. What you will be doing:
Access Control - Manage physical security of the facility by issuing employee and visitor badges and implementing visitor control procedures
Serve as liaison with outside security service provider
Maintain and participating member of On-call list for building security issues
Prepare and maintain Master System Security Plan
Prepare contract required annual security reports
Handle classified material as required by contract
Investigate and report security violations and incidents
Develop and conduct security education training programs for staff
Initiate investigation requests for new personnel security clearance eligibility determinations, as well as
periodic reinvestigations, and reviewing applications for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Provide security briefings to include initial security briefings, annual refresher briefings, foreign travel
briefings and debriefings as required, and ensure compliance with the NISPOM, customer requirements, and company policy
Planning and monitoring financials for department, including purchase requisitions and Capital equipment requests
Coordinates and manages quotations and/or proposals needed to support Security needs
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
7-10 years managing facility security requirements for sensitive security programs, including DoD
4+ years experience as a Facility Security Officer / Program Security Officer
In-depth knowledge of the NISPOM, ICD, DoD and other Federal security regulations
Industrial Security Professional Certification (ISP) preferred
Completion of DCSA course, including FSO Program Managment preferred
Self-starter with ability to work independently, customer service orientated with commitment to security - creating and delivering the highest value to customers
Be able to interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations
Active Security Clearance required

Salary range:
$113,000 - $160,000/ annual (commensurate with experience, training, and education)
