As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dedicated candidate to join our family in our Irrigation Department and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and provide timely, friendly, and accurate information.
- Answering phone calls and working front counter to address customer questions and concerns, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Expedite deliveries to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with outside sales and fulfillment teams to precisely enter sales orders.
- Act as logistics and warehouse to ensure seamless operations. Pulling and shipping parts orders. Assist with unloading of trucks.
- Strive for customer satisfaction, contributing to increased overall revenue.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and applications.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
