About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Process Technician for our plant in Spartanburg SC USA to perform the duties described below.
Your Responsibilities
Fault analysis with all HMIS of the production lines
Support high gloss line
Responsible for Riveting Process (Process Control)
Create, modify and document programs for production equipment
Assist operators in all set-ups and adjustments
Optimize production processes and procedures
Troubleshoot production equipment
Assist engineering with daily production issues and special projects or tasks.
Perform TPM on machines
Assist in training team members, team leaders and group leaders on process changes
Assist with maintaining work instructions, procedures, and guidelines relating to equipment needs
Perform a variety of production line functions and serve as a back-up operator.
Who we are looking for
- Degree in engineering or related field and 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience
Your preferred qualifications
Experience with KUKA robots preferred
Experience with TIG welding aluminum preferred
Knowledge of production, testing and problem solving
Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
