About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Process Technician for our plant in Spartanburg SC USA to perform the duties described below.

Your Responsibilities

  • Fault analysis with all HMIS of the production lines

  • Support high gloss line

  • Responsible for Riveting Process (Process Control)

  • Create, modify and document programs for production equipment

  • Assist operators in all set-ups and adjustments

  • Optimize production processes and procedures

  • Troubleshoot production equipment

  • Assist engineering with daily production issues and special projects or tasks.

  • Perform TPM on machines

  • Assist in training team members, team leaders and group leaders on process changes

  • Assist with maintaining work instructions, procedures, and guidelines relating to equipment needs

  • Perform a variety of production line functions and serve as a back-up operator.

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in engineering or related field and 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience

Your preferred qualifications

  • Experience with KUKA robots preferred

  • Experience with TIG welding aluminum preferred

  • Knowledge of production, testing and problem solving

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
