Aerotek Equipment Maintenance Technician in Spencer, Iowa
Equipment Maintenance Technician-Start ASAP
A local plant with a strong presence in central Iowa has immediate openings for equipment maintenance technicians. As an equipment maintenance technician with our company, you will have the chance to work on a variety of challenging and high-profile projects for customers in and around the area. You will be working in a climate controlled environment with the best maintenance team in the area. We provide year-round, full time work, especially with the warmer months coming fast.
Hours :
- Monday Thru Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
Pay :
- $62,400-$80k/year
Requirements :
Minimum of 1-2 years of maintenance knowledge
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
1-2 years of welding experience is a plus
480v electrical experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities :
Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements
Maintain, test and service boilers as needed
Perform routine mechanical functions including motors, pumps, and other electrical duties
Document daily maintenance activities and monthly checklists
Keep correct inventory of parts, tools. and other equipment
Skill Level :
- Entry to intermediate level
