Humanix Customer Service Representative - Temporary in Spokane, Washington

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative
- $21.60 Per hour
- Monday -- Friday, 6 am -- 2:30 pm
This is an ongoing temporary position expected to last from October 2024 to the end of July 2025.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Provide answers to general questions and inquiries
- Process sales orders in person and over the phone
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma or GED required -- will be verified with educational facility
- 2 Years of customer service representative experience in person and over the phone
- 2 Years of professional office experience
- Technical Knowledge: Word, Excel
- Must be able to type 50 wpm accurately
- Prolonged standing or sitting
- Flow of work and character of duties require normal mental and visual attention along with manual coordination
- Ability to read and interpret written information in hard copy and on computer screen
- Excellent communication skills on the telephone and in person
