Experienced Pool Service Technician

Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools.

Duties:

• Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and vacuuming pools, skimming debris, and checking chemical levels

• Inspect pool equipment and identify any issues or malfunctions

• Repair or replace pool equipment as needed, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and valves

• Test water quality and adjust chemical levels accordingly

• Troubleshoot and resolve any pool-related problems or customer complaints

• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
