Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Perform inspections, installs, repairs, and rebuilds on plant operating equipment by reading and interpreting equipment manuals, drawings, and work orders. Emergency and unscheduled repairs may also be required. The position will be responsible for preventative maintenance and routine checks on production equipment, including pneumatics and production machines, hydraulics, conveyors, pumps, fillers, agitators, and motors. This position also requires diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems with associated equipment. Tasks include working on pug mills, conveyors, hammer mills, fans, and hundreds of motors. This will be accomplished through the safe and effective use of hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Mica, Washington.
Work Environment
The largest supplier of masonry and hardscape products in the Pacific Northwest
Portfolio includes bricks, retaining walls, paver patios, concrete masonry units, etc.
Covered facility with open doors and a kiln firing brick all day, resulting in a hot environment
Temperature regulating systems and fans are available but have limited effectiveness
