Ardurra Group, Inc. Landscape Architect - LANDS002226 in Spokane, Washington

Ardurra is seeking a Registered Landscape Architect to join our staff in Spokane, WA.

Primary Function

You will be part of Ardurras multi-discipline project design team and participate in client meetings, general project coordination, design, permit procurement, preparation of construction and contract documents and project closeout.

Project opportunities in addition to landscape design may include land planning, rezoning assistance, conceptual site plan preparation, preparation of support documents & exhibits, and assistance with project site due diligence. Typical projects include residential, master planned communities, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, urban in-fill, parks and recreation. Our vast client base can include both the private and public sector.

Primary Duties

- - Plan preparation, installation details and reports for project design elements;

``` - - Utilizing relevant software programs in preparing exhibits and complex working drawings;

``` - - Communicating design concepts and technical information to internal design team members and clients;

``` - - Working closely with and mentoring team members;

```{=html}

``` - - Working in a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment of design professionals and staff;

``` - - Assist with and attend public hearings and meetings

Education and Experience Requirements

- - Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program

``` - - Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Washington and/or Idaho.

``` - - Experience and knowledge of Inland Northwest based plant material.

```{=html}

``` - - Experience and knowledge of irrigation design.

``` - - 5-8 years of experience as a landscape architect and/or landscape designer

``` - - Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Land FX.

``` - - Desired, but not required, knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Lumion, Revit, Sketchup, Illustrator.

``` - - Strong design skills and proven success with implementation.

``` - - Technically focused with demonstrated experience in developing contract documents, including plans, details, and specifications

``` - - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

```{=html}

``` - - Excellent interpersonal skills to work well with co-workers, contractors, and other internal and external associates.

Salary Range

$85,000 to $110,000 (DOE)
