DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer support and administrative tasks related to all online banking products (document preparation, annual reviews, compliance, core system maintenance) including domestic and foreign wires. Complies with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) by reviewing Currency Transaction Reporting information, the Missing Customer Information Program (CIP) report and additional reports Acts as liaison between customers and Central Deposit Operations group, Fraud, Deposit Services and Collection group. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date. About You REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent One to two years of similar or related banking experience, including time spent in preparatory position PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school desired. Previous knowledge of banking products and services WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work environment with moderate noise.
