The Innovative Health (IH) Organization has been created to drive significant impact to participant health and wellbeing by reinventing the clinical trial experience. The Innovative Health organization connects teams across development to novel capabilities and solutions, unleashing the potential of innovation to drive broader access to innovative medicines, and enriching the healthcare experience for all.

The Innovative Health team is seeking a Launch Success manager, to drive launch excellence and oversight across a portfolio of innovative health capabilities and solutions. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Launch Excellence, the Launch Success manager will help set up the tools, templates and standard processes for a team responsible for enabling project launch across a portfolio of capabilities from ideation through scale, adoption and business value realization, effectively creating the engine for launch and adoption excellence that will enable speed, agility and consistency in delivery across the IH portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to launch excellence by assisting in the implementation of launch management process improvements and standardization efforts across the portfolio.

  • Collaborate with partners in the design and maintenance of launch templates, tools, and standard methodologies to ensure consistency in IH program launches.

  • Collaborate across the IH organization to help identify and implement effective techniques for launch planning and execution.

  • Work alongside IH Capability Leads to support the adoption of best methods for successful launches from ideation to realization.

  • Provide support and share knowledge with team members regarding their responsibilities and accountabilities for assigned programs.

  • Lead standard approaches to persona mapping, value story creation, internal/external partner engagement, adoption and activation plans and value realization measurements for assigned initiatives of the portfolio.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external team members to foster a strong team dynamic and ensure balanced performance across projects.

  • Assist in collecting data and reporting on launch success metrics and value realization within the Innovative Health initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of change management experience is required.

  • Knowledge of communication principles is required.

  • Successful track record of leading and implementing launch excellence capabilities within cross-functional teams across diverse project portfolios is required.

  • Experience leading successfully adopted engagements with external partners and collaborators is required.

  • Experience in successfully leading people and processes is required.

  • Excellent influencing skills with outstanding decision making, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to influence through ambiguity is required.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as a proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and promote collaborations is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
