TEKsystems Application Project Manager in Spring, Texas

PMP certification is required
This Program Manager will be leading multiple project managers and manage a complex portfolio of projects over the course of a 2 year program. There are 2 phases of this program, lift and shifting legacy apps into a firewalled compartment and then hardening the security. This will include refactoring applications and will also include tech stack upgrades as part of application transformation, upgrades and remediations.
• On-Premise CUI Zone Migration Phase 1 & 2 (forklift legacy apps into firewalled compartments, then harden)
• Background of major application uplifts and transformations
• Capability to lead multiple project managers and manage a complex portfolio of projects over the course of a 2 year program
• 10+ years of project and program management experience + experience with program budgets ranging from $5m - 15m
• Experience leading tech stack upgrades as a part of application transformation, upgrades and remediations including familiarity with infrastructure components (hybrid cloud, firewalls, load balancers, etc.)
• Familiarity with leading a program based on agile project teams that work with other teams that are not yet using agile methodologies.
• Strengths in dealing with ambiguity, organizational agility, and executive presence/communications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $105.00
