HP Inc. Gaming Product Introduction Lead in Spring, Texas
As the Gaming Product Introduction Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our gaming product launches. Your responsibilities will span from securing approvals for high-level global plans to driving sales through strategic execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee marketing operations, and ensure our gaming products resonate with diverse customer segments.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and gain approval for high-level global plans and budgets, aligning them with organizational objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies in executing product introduction plans.
GTM Scorecard Ownership: Create and manage a comprehensive GTM (Go-to-Market) scorecard/dashboard, tracking key metrics, goals, and benchmarks.
Post-Analysis and Action: Conduct closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, identifying actionable insights.
Customer Segmentation: Define customer segmentation strategies on a global scale, tailoring gaming experiences to different player profiles.
Marketing Operations Oversight: Manage global marketing operations, including CRM updates, accrual management, and collateral fulfillment.
Sales Empowerment: Collaborate on advanced sales training materials to equip our sales force.
Relationship Building: Partner with sales senior management for retailer/reseller account development, strengthening customer relationships.
Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Typically, 10+ years of experience, preferably in gaming product marketing or related fields.
