Insight Global Senior ETRM Business Analyst in Spring, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. ETRM Business Analyst for an Oil & Gas client located in The Woodlands, TX. This individual will join the Process Support group that is responsible for supporting the ETRM users in natural gas and financial trading. This group is the first line of support for business and system processes. They troubleshoot user issues, provide training, and are the interface between IT and the business. The ETRM system used is Allegro Horizon, and this individual will serve as a super-user and will be involved in all projects impacting corporate systems. Therefore, they should be able to multitask and juggle multiple different ongoing projects at once. They will support other groups by creating ad-hoc data extracts and queries and fulfilling data requests. Additionally, they will develop and maintain detailed procedures for primary processes in Allegro Horizon. This is a hybrid position starting with 4 days a week in office and then will transition to 3 days a week in office once comfortable with the role.

Skills and Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience providing support for Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) Systems
Extensive working knowledge of the Allegro Horizon ETRM system
Understanding of the natural gas trading industry
Solid experience with Front to Back energy trading
Extensive working knowledge Microsoft Suite, SQL, and Azure DevOps Bachelor's in Computer Science, Math, Accounting, Finance or Business related degree
Experience using the ETRM system for natural gas and LNG
Bilingual in Spanish and English null
