Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support one of our largest telecommunications clients in Springdale, OH.   Position: Desktop Support Technician Location: Springdale, OH Terms: 6 month Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $22-25/hr What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Interact with and service clients experiencing technical problems.
  • Diagnose and fix a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems.
  • Provide helpful and understanding support.
  • Customize the customer experience for every individual.
  • Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime.
  • Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service issues.

  • Be the face of the operation and the go-to for customer needs.

Who You Are:Experienced:

  • 2-5 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A+ Certification (or able to obtain within first 6 weeks of employment).
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edg
