DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Immediately Hiring! Maintenance Mechanic Sr., Springdale, PA Salary Non Exempt $62,400 - $72,800 per year based off experience which is equivalent to $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Shift: Day 7:00am - 3:30pm Every 4-5 weeks you will be required to work 1 week on evening shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Primary Responsibilities * Troubleshoot and repair electrical and instrumentation systems. * Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, P&IDs, and sketches for maintenance tasks. * Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards in the work area, shop area, and utility areas. * Operate a forklift and multiple powered shop tools, including lathe, drill press, band saw, welding machine, cordless drills, and pipe threader. * Conduct basic rigging using chain falls, hoists, and straps. * Assemble and disassemble piping systems. * Troubleshoot multiple plant systems, such as steam, process, water, and vacuum. * Install pumps and valves using manuals. * Demonstrate professional basics, including responding to emails, and understanding production schedules. * Familiarity with common work orders and PMs, such as tightening gear pump packing, rounds, steam trace installations, and filter/belt replacements. * Meet with internal customers to review, layout, and install projects. * Provide contractor assistance, including orientation, permitting, and follow-up inspections of work.
Qualifications * Relevant technical certifications or trade school education. * 3+ years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities. * Understanding of facility-specific equipment, including RTO, Air Compressors, SCB, Well Water systems, HVAC systems, steam systems, fire protection systems, and electrical systems. * Knowledge of industrial equipment and systems. * Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
