The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with the skills to enhance IT service delivery, support strategic roadmaps, and perform excellent project management. This role requires a thorough understanding of cloud technologies and experience in supporting client companies with diverse operating models, particularly in defense. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize competing projects for success are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead IT program and manage projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget

- Drive projects to enhance IT service delivery processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality assurance

- Provide program support to the VP of IT on strategic roadmaps to align IT initiatives with business objectives

- Develop project plans with key milestone, scope, and approach to outline resources, roles and responsibilities, and intended outcome

- Provide project leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams including client companies and business operations to achieve project success

- Communicate on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior management

- Develop framework for prioritizing projects based on business requirements, regulatory requirements, IT strategy, and resource availability

- Collaborate with technical leads and vendors for compliance with relevant regulatory compliance (ISO, FedRAMP, and NIST).

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master\'s degree preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT service delivery, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and programs concurrently

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in diverse environments

- Experience with supporting multiple client companies with various operating models, business requirements, and resources

- Excellent project management skills, including risk management, resource allocation, and budget control

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate the project teams and keep them on track

- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and risk frameworks including NIST 800-171 and CMMC preferred.

-PMP certification preferred

Work Environment

The employee is constantly required to talk, hear and operate a computer and mouse. The employee is frequently required to walk, bend, twist, push, pull, reach and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee may occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will frequently lift and/or more up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
